PARTICIPANTS in FreedomWorks

The FreedomWorks program assists former felons in returning to society in a positive manner by building their faith in God to guide and strengthen their journey. We also help families during this adjustment period, providing resources and financial assistance when needed the most.

We help participants find a job, a place to live, and transportation. Participants also benefit by attending weekly prayer meetings and meals, connecting with their mentors and with each other. It is through these connections that FreedomWorks is able to help participants succeed.

Another way we help is by bringing people together for various social activities. These events allow participants to connect with their mentors, families, friends, donors and volunteers in a more relaxed, informal and enjoyable manner. In this way, participants are able to see and feel the support from those who care about their success.

If you, or someone you know, is getting out or has recently gotten out of prison, and would like more information on obtaining an apartment at FreedomWorks, please print, read and complete the Resident Covenant Agreement, Apartment Standards, Apartment Application, Release of Information, and Security Deposit Policy.
